RETURN | REFUND POLICY
Buzz Online offers every customer a 30-day money back guarantee.
Buzz Online will only be able to issue a credit to the original purchaser of the product. Credits will not reflect shipping charges, only the price paid for the products ordered.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed when the product(s) have been received and inspected. These are done the same day.
To initiate a return, please call 1-319-466-4270 and one of our specialists will assist you in obtaining an RMA. You received a return label with your order. Our return specialists are available Mon-Fri 10 am - 4 pm CST.
Only customers who have purchased online from buzz-salon.com are eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Customers must make contact with Buzz Online within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for this return period, and the product must be returned unopened and intact in the original packaging. Buzz Online reserves the right to assess a restocking fee if one or more of these conditions are not met.
We are able to process returns for products purchased at buzz-salon.com at our salon location. Be advised, that this process can take time, it could be a 10-15 minute wait. During peak moments, you may be asked to return at another time.
All orders received by 3:00 CST will be processed that day and should be ready for shipment based on your shipping option selected during checkout. If your order will be delayed for any reason, a customer support specialist will be in touch with you to discuss your options.
SECURITY POLICYWhy does Buzz Online want to know my credit card number and street address?
We need this information to verify your billing status and then bill you for your purchases. We will then use your street address to ship you the products you purchase. We will never give out this sensitive information to anyone. It is only collected for billing and shipping. It is stored in a secure server and can be accessed only by a few trusted employees who handle billing.
How does Buzz Online make sure my credit card information is secure?
We do not store ANY credit card information on our servers. All transactions occur in real-time and are securely encrypted through Authorize.net and your bank.
We may require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
To avoid a service charge and ensure appointment availability for other clients, please reschedule or cancel appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Please know that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
